Losing weight and giveaways:)

LONG, LONG, LOOONNNNGGGG time ago I vowed to lose a few pounds..... well..... that didn't happen til just recently.  The Christmas season has been a little hiccup but I have lost over 20 lbs!  Yay me:) One of my inspirations is from Skinny Jeans Dreams on facebook.  She is amazing!!  She is having a giveaway right now, if anyone is interested in winning some free stuff:)  I will get back on track with the xmas season behind me now....  Can't wait!!!!  Here's the link...  https://www.facebook.com/SkinnyJeansDreams/app_228910107186452

1 week down... the rest of my life to go...

I officially made it through my first week back. I apparently ate a little awful this weekend, because I was down 4.5 but today at weigh in I lost exactly 2lbs. Better than a gain! I am having a hard time with finding time to exercise with J working nights and picking up E at school, etc. It's hard! The only time I seem to have is at night, but I just can't seem to get motivated to run 3 miles at 9:00 at night. I am going to have to figure out a plan of attack! I am not letting this fat ruin my life anymore!!!!

First day back...

Well, I just did my first day back at running! I did about 2 miles with about 1/2 mile of walking. I wanted to start out easy and work back into this. I am having my favorite WW meal for supper, Sante Fe Rice & Beans:) Yummy!!

Well.... well.... well......

Doesn't surprise me one bit, that I've let this blog go again. It's always with my best intentions to get on here and update... No one really reads this anyway, but I want to have this for when my kids get older to see what happened here and there. I am now hoping to make this a weight watching motivational tool and maybe it'll push me to keep up with my goals. I had lost 25 lbs and gained it all back recently. Started back up this week on my own WW and am going to try to loose that and then some! I am going to keep it off this time! I can do it!!! I am hoping to also give tips/tricks/and motivations that I find on the way! Wish me luck! So here is today and everyday's motivational saying! So true... but so hard to follow!!!

Updating on the family... Reagan is now 1! I can't believe how time has flown! Ella is 4 and is in pre-k every morning. Reagan is about a week or two away from walking:) Such an exciting time for us! Can not wait for them to be best friends or best enemies! We shall see;0

New beginnings....

Another 6 months has gone by.... Announcement of my 3 month old is way overdue... I have been super busy and lost in momhood. My goodness, two kids sure does wear a person out! On November 2, election day, we had a baby girl! Reagan Ruby is the newest Nelson:) She is just the cutest litl thing, with her wild and crazy hair. Ella LOVES being a big sister! I am so blessed to have two amazing litl girls!
On top of having a completely chaotic life... I took a different job and start in two weeks! I will be leaving Design West after 8 years to go work in Colfax at Mane Street Salon. I will be 8 minutes from home and with Ella already starting pre-K this fall, will be super happy to be close to home. I am scared to death, but know that this is the right decision! I am excited to start the newest chapter of my life!

Time flies....

Wow... so I just noticed today that I haven't blogged since January! There is a very good reason for my absence... in Febuary I found I am pregnant. Now, I am 6 months, and feeling much better... but back in Feb I was miserable. I had lots of nausea and lots of migraines. The nausea is almost completely gone, but I am still struggling to keep the migraines away. If I keep up on the chiropracter and drink a can of caffienated soda a day, I seem to do alright. To bad I never get to the chiropracter in time before the migraines start back. But, I just keep telling myself that it's all worth it and that it's only a few more months! So, in June I had an ultrasound and found out that little Ella is going to have a sister! Another Nelson girl! There are now 5 girl grandchildren in the Nelson family. I am super excited to have another girl! Daddy is feeling a tid bit out numbered. I guess I don't blame him... especially when the hormones kick in! We'll have to get him a boy dog, maybe for his Father's Day gift next year;)

Ella is going to be 3 in a little less than 2 weeks! Can not believe where time has gone! Feels like yesterday, when we had her! Can not believe that she is going to be a big sister now! She is going to be such a good sister! She already talks to the baby and wants to rub my tummy. Only person in the world that I'd let do that all day:) She is so cute! I am by far enjoying this age the best! Other than temper tantrum, this is so much more fun than staring at a baby all day long.... and trying to figure out how to get them to stop crying. She can for the most part, tell us what is wrong and she is just so much fun! Likes to play and use that imigination of hers. I love the terrible 3s! lol

J and I had our 6 year anniversary! Hard to believe that as well. Time really does fly! On our anniversary date, he planned a "surprise" birthday party for me. It is my 30th this year, and since I got him last year he tried to get me! Except that a couple weeks ago, he left his email open with all the evidence of a party showing up in bright blinking lights. Oops;) It was still an amazing day and I am so grateful to have such an awesome husband and family!

So... that is all to date of what has been going on. Not a ton... just trying to stay healthy and happy! Now it's time to get the rooms figured out... who will be sleeping where once baby girl arrives. Maybe a little painting and moving around some stuff. Can't wait to meet the little chicklet!! November's going to come fast!!

Another year gone...

So the year has already come to an end... where did it go?? Since I have had Ella, life just flies!!! I can not believe she is already 2 1/2!! Wow!!! I have loved every minute of being a mommy and can not wait to see what life is going to throw at me next!
I sooo enjoyed Christmas this year! This was the year that Ella finally enjoys herself too.... I knew she'd love presents from mommy and daddy, but I COULD NOT WAIT until I saw her face Christmas morning! I knew she'd be afraid of Santa, but hopefully in the years to come, she'll get over that:)

This was THEE MOMENT that I was waiting for... I was SO HAPPY to capture this moment... this was Christmas morning!
Here she is in her Christmas dress! I just ♥ this pic!!! I also was blessed to become an auntie this December... although Avrie was born 3 weeks pre-mature. Luckily not enough to be in an incubator or anything, but still had a few problems. Her heart was very high at first, which seemed to go down quite quickly. She still had to have moniters on her for a couple days to watch everything. Also her litl lungs were not developed all the way, so she was basically panting. That then, caused problems with her feeding. I couldn't imagine trying to drink while panting... poor litl peanut! Luckily she only had to live at the hospital for a week and everything went uphill from there!!! She's a cutie!!

Her she is day 1. Here she is about 2 1/2 weeks old with mommy and daddy. {Audra & Aaron} Well, that's about all I have for now.... still trying to get some scrapping in here and there! Enough snow fell, that Jeremy and Ella got out and made a snowman! Ella was so proud of that thing! {I won't tell her, but I was a tid bit creeped out by it!}So proud!!
